How can I enrol for the online lessons?

First, you choose your lesson duration and frequency. Second, click on “Buy Now” and do the payment.After the payment our online support will contact you in 24 hours and then you can start your lessons. There is also a choice of a 15-minute-free-trial lesson.

Are the online lessons live?

Yes, they are one to one and live lessons.

How are the lessons arranged according to time zones?

We are doing our best to arrange it according to Istanbul time(GMT+3), periods between 09:00-21.30 are highly appreciated.

How long does each lesson last?

It depends on your choice: 30 minutes, 60 minutes or 120 minutes.

Can I have my lessons at the weekend?

Yes, you can.

Can I have a certificate at the end of the course?

Yes, we provide certificate of attendance at the end of the course.

Are the lessons recorded?

Yes, they are recorded and sent to students via link to revise the lessons.

If I could not manage to pay on the website, how can you assist?

We can share our bank account and you can pay via swift.

Do you use a course book?

Yes we use a course book and follow our curriculum.

Is it possible to do the lesson on smart phones?

Yes, it is possible but we recommend to use laptop or desktop as the smart phone screen is too narrow to notice the book in details.

How do I prepare for online sessions?

  • You need to use a laptop or desktop computer for your session (not a phone, please)

  • You need to take every effort to ensure you have a reliable internet connection (though we understand the unexpected can happen!)

  • You need to look for your teacher’s email with Zoom invitation about 5 minutes before the session starts

  • You need to test Zoom on your laptop or computer at least 24 hours beforehand:

    • Test Zoom here: https://zoom.us/test

    • Click “Join” > Click “Join from your browser” > Type in your name

    • Click “Computer audio” > Click “Join audio by computer”

    • Allow microphone and video access (there will be a pop-up message or you can check the icons in the bottom left-hand corner)

    • You should now be in a Zoom meeting with yourself!
